The transition planner

The planner uses fixed rules inside your browser. It does not detect addresses, scan your connection or send its selections to a network provider. The new pages add no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Project enquiries

The form collects your name, email, enquiry category, preferred environment and requirements. Company and telephone are optional. The enquiry team uses these details to review and respond to your request through a private mailbox.

Do not include passwords, private addresses, configuration files, security logs or personal customer information. An enquiry does not authorise network access or a production change.

Essential operation

The form uses a secure session cookie and an expiring token. Request information may be processed for hosting, security, rate limiting and mail delivery. Enquiry bodies are not stored as public website records. Correspondence should be retained only as needed for the conversation and any resulting engagement.

Questions and external sources

External destinations have their own privacy practices. To ask about information handling, correct an enquiry or request deletion of information no longer required, use the form and choose Other. Keep the request non-sensitive.
